lead generation: Scripts! - 12/23/08 01:30 PM
I know I need to work on a few things to further my real estate career.  However there is one thing I have always had trouble with, Scripts.  I have trouble getting them down and memorizing them.  It is like a mental block!?! 
This time around I have enlisted the help of a friend.  I need the support and motivation to keep going.  We had a Keller Williams class today on it today and here are some of the tips offered for when you are working on your scripts:

lead generation: Tis the Season...Open House - 12/08/08 07:43 AM

I decided to hold an open house yesterday for a new listing I got.  It is a nice home, needs a little updating but is well maintained.  It is a great starter home for someone, and priced well. 
I like to hold an open house at a new listing within the first two weeks it has been on the market.  This way I can knock on the neighbors doors, and announce I have a new listing and invite them to the open house.  I have found this is a great way to meet neighbors and lead generate.
