Beautiful Wenatchee Needs A Clean-Up Crew - 01/08/07 10:34 PM

Normally Wenatchee is a pretty nice, peaceful, town to drive around in.  Today was different.  After the huge windstorm from yesterday, the roar of chain saws dominated the sound waves.  I took my camera out to preview some of the damage... yet trying to stay out of the way of clean-up crews.Lots of roofing material littering the entire region and plenty of big (old timber) evergreen trees literally sucked up by their roots and thrown to the ground or, in some cases, into homes and onto cars.  The home featured above,  which I sold several years ago, now has a large … (16 comments)
