Willinger Real Estate has dramatically expanded our Wenatchee Property Management Services, and getting rave reviews. Our priorities are good communication, being responsive to tenant needs, controlling costs AND maximizing returns to property owners. One owner told us we are increasing his cash flow by $2,000 - $3,000 per month. He owns 24 units.

Last week I ordered the book Realty Blogging because it came highly recommended by Mary McKnight.
Although, Amazon indicated the book would not be shipped until about November 28th, I received it on Saturday. My pleasure at getting the book so soon turned to excitement when I saw my two Wenatchee real estate blogs have been immortalized for all time by being mentioned on page 22 in the list of (29) blogs on the Blogroll of the well known, and highly ranked, "The Real Estate Blog" by Fran and Rowena.
