How long will it take google to find my new outside blog? - 02/19/10 03:09 PM
This morning I decided to create a new outside blog titled, "Dyersburg Foreclosures". I wrote my first post on blogger then decided to pay $1.99 to Godaddy for the custom domain name Dyersburg foreclosures. I changed the A records and CName so that my custom name will point to my blogger blog.
The last outside blog I created www.destinpelicanbeachresort.com only took a couple of weeks to get indexed. I am predicting this one only takes a week. Google used to put new URL's in the sandbox for 4-8 weeks but I believe that is changing.

New Dyersburg Foreclosures Website! - 02/19/10 02:48 PM
This morning I started a new blog site for information about foreclosures in the Dyersburg area. There are multiple locations to find Dyersburg foreclosures and some of those charge for their information.
This new site will have information about Fannie Mae foreclosures, Ginnie Mae foreclosures,Freddie Mac foreclosures, FHA(Hud) foreclosures, VA foreclosures,  Farmers Home and Rural Development foreclosures and of course conventional bank foreclosures.
In my opinion, we are about half way on the number of foreclosures we are going to see in the Dyersburg area but I do see a little light at the end of the tunnel which is that … (0 comments)

I spend quite a bit of time everyday working on SEO on several blog sites and websites. Earlier today I decided to check on one of my search terms to see how I am doing.
A friend of mine here in the "rain" has been telling me I can own Dyersburg if I keep working at it. Larry Brewer, I don't quite own Dyersburg yet but believe I am doing well for the search term Dyersburg Lakefront Properties (all of the natural results are mine).

We have job openings here in the Dyersburg,Tn area - 02/09/10 03:58 PM
Today one of my clients told me his plant Kinder Morgan is hiring like crazy. I wrote an article about these jobs and jobs in another plant on my Dyersburg Real Estate Information Blog.
All of these plants are just across the Mississippi River from my city of Dyersburg,Tennessee. Most of those employees in those steel related plants chose to live in Dyersburg because of the schools, shopping, medical facilities and quality of housing here. My header hunter friend just told me that the steel industry is the leading indicator of jobs creation in the U.S.

A few days ago, a guy called me to tell me he bid on a foreclosure property that we have listed that just got rolled into a bid on line program.
This guy lives 4 hours away from the house he bid on. On the bid site, a real estate agent can enter a bid for a person or a buyer can enter their own bid. It does not cost the buyer any more money either way.

The more I hear the media slamming Toyota the more I believe there is another motive behind it!
My wife and I own and drive 2 Ford Exployers and a Toyota RAV. It is hard for us to tell which is the better vehicle. Actually mine is a Ford Exployer Sport Trac. In my opinion, Toyota and Ford have the best cars on the market.
Could the media be trying to drive us to buy one of the government run car company cars? I really believe that is what is going on. I refuse to buy a GM product only because … (13 comments)

Facing the Giants! - 02/01/10 05:10 PM
Last night at church we watched the movie, "Facing the Giants". If you have not seen it yet it is a must see. This same company also produced the movie "Flywheel" and "Fireproof". All of these are suitable to children and good for a family night at the movies.
My family and I cannot wait for the next "God" movie from this company. Have you seen any or all of these movies and which is your favorite? I believe my favorite is Flywheel.
