I have a riding lawnmower that I bought 3 years ago. I bought it at Lowe's for a discount because it had been returned and "fixed" in the shop for Lowe's to sell. I got a good deal on it but started having problems due to a bent shaft.
I paid a guy to replace the shaft, all the pulleys and belts under the deck and I picked it up and it cut just fine, Two days later the repair guy died and the belt on the mower started coming off quite a bit.

Week Available July 23-29 Destin Pelican Beach Resort Unit #1004 - 06/26/11 11:03 PM
Earlier today a booking was cancelled for my Destin Pelican Beach Resort unit #1004 for the week of July 23-29th.
I have turned down so many potential Destin beachfront condo rentals in July because of being fully booked. Each time I tell them to keep an eye on my website and availability calendar in case someone cancels. Here is a link to that website and calendar.

Since there continues to be jobs available in the Dyersburg Tennessee area, many people are moving here with the hope of renting until they get to know the area or until their own home sells.
This has worked well during the last few years but now not so well. What I mean is there is a critical shortage of rental property including houses and apartments. Since the economic crash beginning in 2008, many people have been unable to purchase and have resorted to renting. Please help me control the grass and weeds in my garden - 06/08/11 03:11 PM
I just returned off vacation and came home to a overgrown with weeds garden. Normally I hoe the weeds and grass out of my garden on a daily basis but missed 8 days.
Is there a chemical I can use to spray around the vegetable plants to kill the grasses and weeds? I am hoeing as fast as I can but cannot get caught up. I know not to use round-up. What about a chemical called msma?
Surely someone here can help me rescue my garden before it is too late! I will be picking squash and zuccinia in a couple … (7 comments)

Have you ever stopped and listened to a mockingbird? - 06/08/11 02:55 PM
I was out in the yard a couple of days ago and heard a bird calling. The next time he called it was a different call. the third time he called it was different also.
This was simple amazing to me that one bird could do so many calls. I am not normally a bird watcher but I may be now. This was a mockingbird(northern mockingbird) and they in fact have over 20 different calls they can make.

Boating Magazine Picks Destin "Top Spot" in U.S. for Boating - 06/06/11 07:26 PM
I just returned from my Destin vacation a couple of days ago and I noticed on signs around town that Destin was in the top ten places in the United States for boating. Not only were they in the top 10 but they were picked #1 by Boating Magazine.
