I woke up this morning and looked outside to see a fog over the field beside my house but below that fog several deer were grazing. After getting ready for work, my wife and homeschooled daughter drove with me to the park for our daily walk.
The air was cool but the fog had lifted and it was just beautiful, sunny day. I believe the fall or autumn is just my favorite season of the year. I have a very dear friend whom I worship with who was diagnosed with a form of Leukemia a few weeks ago. He is currently in Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville undergoing a experimental treatment which includes chemo.
Chuck Walden has just completed one round of the treatments and a test was just done to see if it sent the Leukemia into remission. We just got word that it did not so they plan to start a second round.

It seems that more and more  people that call me or my office are looking to purchase a Dyersburg foreclosure. The main reason they give me is they believe they will get a much discounted price.

Last night at our after church fellowship we also sang this song Healing Grace based on 2 Corinthians 12:9.
Merciful God and Father, loving us like no other, hear or prayer, the cry of our hearts, as we come to you; we acknowledge our transgressions, we confess to you our sins, show us mercy and compassion, touch our lives with your healing grace again.
My favorite part of this song is release us from the past, as we seek your face; wash us free at last, we receive your love, we receive your healing grace.

In our get together fellowship and praise last night we also sang the song Above All. Michael W. Smith does a fantastic job singing this song and with the video he put together.
Above all powers, above all kings, above all nature and all created things, above all wisdom and all the ways of man, you were here before the world began.
Just imagine what it would be like here on earth if the people around us realized that the Lord is above all?

Last night a few couples got together after church to fellowship. We had supper then praised the Lord in song. I am going to share a few of the songs that touched my heart last night.
