activerain training: Brad Andersohn is "one great trainer"! - 05/08/08 09:20 AM
Brad Andersohn asked each of us to do this post while sitting in this training class!
I want to especially mention Jan Evett who came from Panama City,Florida for this training! I also want to recognize Vickie McCartney who drove in from Owensboro,Kentucky. Also in attendance and driving quite a distance was Larry Brewer from Nashville,Tn. In addition to several of my agents in attendance, others included David Saks from Memphis,Tn. , Pat Cummings and Janice Reed from Brownsville,Tn and Gretchen Whitlow from McKenzie,Tn.
We covered lots of material and many took notes. We talked about profiles, posts, hyperlinks, and spent a lot … (25 comments)

activerain training: Activerain is coming to Dyersburg,Tennessee! - 04/24/08 08:44 AM

Of course I am talking about the planned Activerain training session next month in Dyersburg, Tennessee. If you will remember we did a post a couple of months ago suggesting that Activerain should hire a person to be a field trainer. Not only has that occurred in the hiring of Brad Andersohn but he is coming to Dyersburg for the first of (I am sure) many training sessions on how to blog more effectively on the Activerain platform.
My personal assistant just got the travel arrangements confirmed for Brad's trip to Tennessee from California.
The training will be conducted on Wednesday May … (67 comments)

activerain training: Please accept my apology for not being more involved lately! - 03/31/08 04:17 AM
Normally, I have time to do a lot of reading here on Activerain and then entering many many comments. However, lately my time has vanished for these activities. We have been hearing on TV that the real estate business is "bad"!
They must be talking about markets in other areas!  My business has skyrocketed in the last couple of months. I have to admit that part of it is working for asset companies to sell foreclosures and part of it is the increased requests for rentals.
All of my agents are busy working with clients. Most are even working on Saturdays! There … (17 comments)

activerain training: The 1st Activerain trainer/training session! - 03/17/08 06:39 AM
Just a few days ago I wrote a post titled, "Should Activerain Hire a Trainer?" Well the response was incredible to say the least. I am not sure what Bob Stewart and Activerain have decided but I am making plans!
Normally, my office has a weekly sales/training meeting each and every week. I introduced my trainer, Jackie Keeling to Activerain blogging about 2 weeks ago and he is now just as excited as I am!
Hopefully, Bob Stewart and I can firm up a training session and date sponsored by Activerain with the fees picked up by my company, my agents, my trainer … (20 comments)

activerain training: Activerain learning class in two weeks! - 03/13/08 10:04 AM
I am so excited to have several in my office here on Activerain and many actually blogging. However, their blogging is like my blogging was 3-4 years ago:(
Three of my agents are leaving next week to attend the Tennessee Association of Realtors Spring Conference in Franklin,Tennessee. I normally go but with all three of these agents leaving, someone has to hold down the fort!
Every week, we hold a training meeting to educate our agents. In addition to myself, 4 other agents in my office are members of Activerain. I am so proud! There are only a total of 7 agents here(including … (22 comments)
