March 9, 2010

The Forest Lions Club monthly meeting will be held at 6:30 pm at the Twin Oaks Restaurant, 14175 Forest Road, Forest. Dinner will start at 7:00 pm. Guest speaker for this month is ophthalmologist Dr. Gene Moss of the Piedmont Eye Center. Dr. Moss’ remarks will address Fuchs’ Dystrophy and modified cornea transplants. If you are interested in attending this meeting or in becoming a Lion in Bedford County, please call 434-385-0493.

Guest speaker, Lion Steve Garrett, District 24-E Hearing Conservation Chairperson; will offer a presentation on Hearing Awareness/ Hearing Conservation.
