1st Annual All Breed 4x4 Show & Cruise In Come show off your 4x4 at Sim's Farm in Forest- all Makes & Models Welcome- just $5 to register your vehicle. Hosted by the Seven Hills Jeep Club. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Salem Veteran's Home.

May 21, 2011 from 10am - 4pm

-There will be an RTI Ramp.
-Hot dogs and drinks will be available for sale.
-A People’s Choice Trophy will be awarded at 2pm.
-Public admission is free.

things to do in lynchburg: Grand Opening of The Ploughcroft Tea Room in Downtown Lynchburg VA - 12/13/10 08:36 AM

I was lucky enough to be invited to tea at The Ploughcroft Tea Room on their Grand Opening day, December 11th, 2010. The Tea Room is located in one of the historic buildings on Commerce Street that has been totally renovated. Singers from The Victorian Society at Liberty University performed Christmas songs, there were readings from Charles Dickens Christmas Story and several vocal performances.

We enjoyed a leisurely afternoon cream tea with tasty scones in a beautiful English setting. I've been to the tea room for lunch and highly recommend the Cornish Pasty and the Fruit Crumble with … (23 comments)
