oppotunistic time: So... How's the Market? - 02/05/08 10:20 AM

I am almost certain if you are reading this post, at one time or another you have asked a REALTOR this very question.
My question to you is.... Are you sure you got a truthful answer?
Real estate markets are local. Just because the media is saying that the real estate market is in the toilet nationally doesn't mean that the market where you live is suffering. Some markets are and some are not.
