What goes up, must come down.The good news is that what is down, will always go up. This is kind of like "is the glass half full or half empty". Ok, so I am an avid HGTV watcher. I watch it every weekend, and have for the past 3 years or so. I watched before I bought my first home, during the purchase of my first home, and still watch now, two years into owning my home. I only tell you that so you get an idea of the range of demographics they have watching the channel.All that said, I have noticed they are heavily promoting their new website, www.FrontDoor.com. I’m sure you’ve seen the advertisements from Lowe’s in most of the trade magazines. It is exclusively for REALTORS® as part of the NAR’s REALTOR® Benefits Program. In short, you sign-up for the service, upload your contact information, company logo, and your photo. You’re then given an easy to use administrative panel where you can enter the mailing address of your contacts (think SOI, or your clients after they’ve purchased a home). So, I know I've touched on this topic before (I have recommended one other site like this - Ping.com) but I thought this one was worth mentioning as well. I came across Utterli.com, which offers the same basic service as Ping.com, except it is more focused on sites like Twitter, and Flickr. Unlike Facebook and MySpace, these sites are more oriented towards brief posts and photos.
