First Time Buyers Take Advantage of Stimulus/Tax Credit - 02/19/09 10:31 AM
Never before have first time home buyers been able to receive such an incentive for buying a home!
You have to agree it is a fabulous thing to be in the shoes of a first time buyer. Interest rates are incredibly low, and no you do not necessarily have to have money down. You can still get the $8,000 tax credit and get a 100% loan.
Are you eligible? Here are the facts-
1. You must purchase a home this year for the tax credit to apply. (Now-Dec.19th 2009)

Branson Spring Events Update 2009 - 02/18/09 01:44 PM

With the ever increasing "bad news" in the media, people losing their jobs, more homes being lost into foreclosure. 2008 could seem to some as being the worst year for real estate sales ever!
