My family owns 90 Acres just north of Branson Mo, and a couple years ago I had my neighbors parcel of 100 acres up for sale. The only real interest I had was when another agent had shown it to some interesting people from the St Louis area. After the showing they informed me they were interested in putting in a "Tiger Sanctuary".
With no real understanding of what they were wanting to accomplish, and having a 5 year old at the time, fear and panic ran through my mind of having hundreds of tigers in my back yard. Not being the right piece of land … (3 comments)

Re-Construction of the Taneycomo Bridge-Latest News - 10/13/09 08:06 PM
The county and MO-Dot have been trying to come to an agreement lately on how to control traffic during the re-construction of the Taney Como bridge in Downtown Branson which was scheduled for December. The paper said this week that construction will begin immediately at the intersection of BB Highway and Coon Creek Rd. with new turn lanes to help with traffic. They will need this completed to accommodate the traffic from Branson to Hollister when Mo-Dot begins the bridge project.
