This home just came on the market this week in an up and coming neighborhood of new homes. We just got a really nice Sun Fresh Market and Dollar Store here in this area. If you are familiar with Branson it is across from Holiday Hills Golf Course and Resort. This house is only $174,900. Unbelievable price for what would normally go for $250,000.

My Foggy Morning in the Ozarks-Photos - 01/25/10 08:55 PM
After the snow had melted away we had two warm and sunny mornings, making the fog beautiful. I just had to share them. I like it when winter photographs actually tun out pretty. I guess it depends on the lighting or a good contrast. Sometime if I can get up early enough I would like to take some of the fishermen on Lake Taneycomo. Winter Temperatures Drop Way Below Average in Branson, MO - 01/05/10 09:34 PM

Not so typical weather for the Ozarks right now. Usually the average winter temperatures for Branson, MO are around 40 degrees. This week it has been 0-10! Our tangled woods of oak and cedar trees are beautiful though, with every branch highlighted with snow. This was taken in my back yard yesterday. We should be getting more snow fall tomorrow. Be safe and stay warm everyone!
