Fishing at Taneycomo Lake - 02/25/10 10:18 AM

I don't think these guys are used to getting their picture taken while fishing, but I always thought men fishing make great photographs!  
The White River which is now known as Lake Taneycomo is a favorite spot for fishing brown trout and rainbow trout. The clear cold waters of Taneycomo provide the perfect habitat staying a constant 58 degrees even in summer. Many state records have been achieved here on this lake. Forclosed Home of the Week Branson, MO - 02/24/10 02:04 PM
I previewed this home yesterday and also showed it later in the afternoon. It is a new foreclosed home in Cozy Cove, which is a gated community just minutes from Branson Schools and Wal-Mart. There' also a pool here and as you can see hopefully in this picture lake frontage behind. It had alot of cottage charm on the inside, with dark hard wood floors, granite counters and vintage style doors and glass door knobs. Very cute for the money at $259,560.

The Swans At C of O - 02/18/10 10:13 AM
Have you ever been to the lake at College of the Ozarks? I took these pictures of the swans at the lake yesterday, well this one in paticular. He was actually posing for me the whole time. I think he must be used to people telling him how beautiful he is. LOL! Watch swim around and pose here on my Flicker.com.

This is my latest closing at 55 Angel Wing Way, Blue Eye, MO. It had everything that every lake home buyer is looking for. A great view, a walk to the lake, a private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms, decks, garages, and acre and a boat slip!! All sold for $165,000! Incredible! I think my buyers will be really happy to vacation here and also make a good little income as a vacation home rental while they are not using it. I've lived here my whole life and never read our most famous novel of the area- The Shepherd of the Hills. I don't know why really- I probably took it for granted along with the tourist attraction and the outdoor play in the summertime.
My father in-law who lives up in Clinton Mo gave me an original hard bound copy with a Copyright of 1907, when I believe Harold Bell Wright's first copy came out. Nice area of Table Rock Lake. Although it is hard to tell in such shaded pictures. This was just posted this week for $279,000. There's probably some boat slips or a launch near by. I don't know much about it but would like to take a look!
