Condo Sales Require Money Down Due to Nightly Rentals - 03/16/10 01:30 PM
Some of our condos have been for sale over 300 days-some even 500 days. Nice units too! Some of them lake front. The problem is they are so hard for people to buy in this economy. Unless you have a savings of 30% to put down, (on a $100,000 plus unit) the banks will turn you away. Does not matter what your score is, or what bank you use....Most of them I have found require a large chunk especially if they are on a nightly rental program or it is classified as a second home.

Branson Zip Lines-The latest news - 03/04/10 01:20 PM

I'm sure you have heard the buzz about zip lines and canopy tours coming to Branson. Actually the first one to take shape is just 10 miles north of Branson. You can see the blue roof tops now and it looks like it is going to be very appealing to tourists who drive by. It was really exciting to watch the helicopter "construct" the towers as we would make our early morning commute to school. They have added all the lines and maybe by now they will add parking and the information center buildings.

What a breathtaking home and a fun one to list for sale...Owners are hobby landscapers and I have never seen a home with actual golf course grass in the back yard, very pretty even in winter. My favorite room is the main living area with this enormous stone fireplace and the additional patios outside for outdoor entertaining. Every room takes in the distant hillside views! It's been a long haul for this little lake house. I'm so happy it's buyers finally found it! Located on DD Hwy this lake home at 54 Turnridge Dr. Reeds Spring, MO had many admirers with a showing about every week or two. At first we added a boat slip and a boat in the garage making it a package deal, then we took it out thinking it would be better to lower the price in the MLS.
