I had shown this home yesterday and thought it was such a good buy that I wanted to post it in case you're seeing it on-line and wondering. In person it looks much better than the pictures, so I took a couple shots just to show the view -unheard of at this price. The bedrooms are small and it needs some finish work but overall seems like a solid house. Only $29,900 on the resale market just listed this week. Lots like this in the gated community of Branson Hills on Payne Stewart golf course had originally sold for 100,000 or more with HCW, the main developers of the Branson Landing.
