If you're looking for a vacation home that makes excellent income and low HOA fees, Branson Canyon may be the place for you. I recently represented a buyer who bought a 5 BD home for $335,000. All of the homes are fairly new, and some can be built to suit. The great thing about it is all the maintenance is taken care of as far as the grounds, pool and clubhouse. Hi Everyone, 
I've received several e-mails over the past couple days, and wanted to say thanks for your concern and well wishes!  It was quite a shock to hear that a F-2 tornado had hit the Ozarks and Hwy 76 in Branson at 2 in the morning when no one expected it. Since we never have had an actual tornado in the area since the 1960's it was very hard for us to believe our eyes the next day.
