There have been 127 homes that have sold on the foreclosed market in the past 3 months in the Branson area and they are selling faster than ever before!
The reason being is not the shortage of them. In fact we have at least 2 everyday listed. The buyers are getting quicker and taking less time to make up their mind. For example I had sent out a property to prospects the same day it was listed, as I was emailing, the listing agent was writing a contract and two other agents were driving out to see it with their buyers. … (0 comments)

I've been selling mainly foreclosed homes for the past year and a half. The past 3-4 months have been different though. I'm working on one right now where the property is not even listed yet, and the buyer has put in an offer already. Buyers are watching these homes on-line on sites like HomeSteps and can tell tell when they're going to hit, usually contacting a buyers agent to get started way ahead of time. branson foreclosures: Branson Foreclosed Properties Sold In September - 10/04/10 03:25 PM

I was very thankful and excited to close on these two foreclosed properties this month. Both were second homes buyers, one was financed and the other cash. Both were Fannie homes and the price was a steal! Fannie Mae seems to really be coming down off of the listing price.
For example- This 2 BD cabin at the entrance of Big Cear was listed at $139,000, it sold for $122,000.
The one on the right was listed for $124,500 sold for only $110,000! Lakeview, over 2000 sqft.

I previewed this home yesterday and also showed it later in the afternoon. It is a new foreclosed home in Cozy Cove, which is a gated community just minutes from Branson Schools and Wal-Mart. There' also a pool here and as you can see hopefully in this picture lake frontage behind. It had alot of cottage charm on the inside, with dark hard wood floors, granite counters and vintage style doors and glass door knobs. Very cute for the money at $259,560.

Nice area of Table Rock Lake. Although it is hard to tell in such shaded pictures. This was just posted this week for $279,000. There's probably some boat slips or a launch near by. I don't know much about it but would like to take a look!

This home just came on the market this week in an up and coming neighborhood of new homes. We just got a really nice Sun Fresh Market and Dollar Store here in this area. If you are familiar with Branson it is across from Holiday Hills Golf Course and Resort. This house is only $174,900. Unbelievable price for what would normally go for $250,000.
