If you are trying to search for lake front land on Table Rock here are a few helpful tips. I am currently looking myself for a client that would like 2-5+ acres on the water. He will be coming to town at the end of the month. Today I will be starting my search on the MLS to see what is active. It's been a long haul for this little lake house. I'm so happy it's buyers finally found it! Located on DD Hwy this lake home at 54 Turnridge Dr. Reeds Spring, MO had many admirers with a showing about every week or two. At first we added a boat slip and a boat in the garage making it a package deal, then we took it out thinking it would be better to lower the price in the MLS. Sometimes I take so many pictures I forget what I've taken. We were on our way to check out a For Sale By Owner Lake home on Indian Point just down the road from Silver Dollar City. One of our best builder's in the area Marlin Constance has listed his personal home with us. Located at the top of "Stoney Point" on Tablerock Lake, built by a perfectionist! Which is really true, the home is one of the most immaculate homes I've ever seen. As you can see from the arial shot showing the stone paths and elaborate landscaping.
