Genoa Nevada is a quaint town located minutes from Lake Tahoe, Carson City and Reno. It is a magical place to live because there is a real community feeling. Everyone knows everyone else and pitches in with the town to make lots of great community events. From Saint Patrick’s Day until Christmas there is always something going on. The climate is very mild. We do get the full four seasons, but all are very manageable. Summer usually climbs up into the 90’s with a dry heat and winters can get in the 30’s.
