New Keys are very definitely the very best way to go. Many REO Lenders insist that the property be re-keyed prior to close. The liability is greatly reduced when locks are changed.

A recent call reminded us that Buyers, and Sellers, don't always know how to select and use a real estate agent. The Buyer called on Carson Valley Nevada Listings, and it turned out he was calling every listing agent on a long list of properties to get information. Commendable for the effort, but not an effective way to use agents for his benefit.

I couldn't agree more ... people want to know and they want us to assure them that they can buy with confidence. We don't have any crystal balls here in Nevada either ... but ... I do think that the emotional return needs to be factored into what buyers consider as they calculate a purchase. If a buyer feels they will be happy to wake up in a home and spend the next few years of their life there ... I advise them that their emotional return is an important aspect of their decission process.

They answered my Equator messages in a timely manner and - shocker of shockers - they even answered their phones!
I had an issue that required a specialist and he was exemplary. Worked hard to solve our problem, got us expert advice, and did everything he could to make our transaction close.
I'm working on several Bank of America short sales and I'm delighted to say that I'm finding that all of them are being handled just as efficiently and professionally!

I once drove 90 mile round trip to the Reno airport and waited 2 hours to get a "Zip Mail"! The first "Fax" I ever received! It cost $90.00 in 1984!
