Now I'm really doing the "Short Sale Approval Dance!
We received the lender's written approval for a short sale on an offer that we wrote on Sunday!  I'm shocked; the buyers are on cloud nine! 
The listings agents were wonderful!  I'll go out of my way to sell their listings any time!
