first time home buyer nevada: Are you buying because of the $8,000 credit? Looking at short sales, you need to give the bank a timeline and be prepared to walk if they can’t meet it. - 09/18/09 11:16 PM

We are there! They are buying their first home ... after they sneak over there this weekend and cover up the exposed wood with paint so that the "Appraiser" will be happy! The American Dream Lives On! Thank God! There are many wonderful opportunities available in Carson Valley for First Time Buyers!
