We got word today that one of our customers's just got approved for a loan.  It was a tough situation, the kids worked really really hard to do everything just perfectly to please the underwriters!
We are there!  They are buying their first home  ... after they sneak over there this weekend and cover up the exposed wood with paint so that the "Appraiser" will be happy!  The American Dream Lives On!  Thank God!
There are many wonderful opportunities available in Carson Valley for First Time Buyers!

I Spent The Day Showing Homes in Reno, Nevada.
What a pleasant surprise.  There are many many wonderful opportunities available there!
I live and work in Carson Valley, NV ... so I usually stick pretty close to that area when showing and selling homes.   Recently I've had some customers who were originally going to buy in Gardnerville, NV.   They decided to take a look in Reno, NV  because they have a few friends who live there.   They work in Carson City so they are commuting anyway!
