In Northern Nevada when a home is listed for sale one of the logistical systems for Seller and Agent to implement is the access and showing.  Access is critical.  If potential Buyers are looking at homes it is important that they have ready and reasonable access to them.  The most convenient way to provide easy access is to use a lockbox.  A lockbox is a secure container in which the keys to the home are placed before it is attached to the property.
