Our Short Sale has been in process for 5 months with Bank of America.  It was first submitted via fax in the conventional way. 
Then about 6 weeks later they transfered us to Equator.  About 6 weeks after that we were bounced to Titanium Solutions where they had us completely resubmit the package with updated info and a NEW HUD. 
On December 22nd we were told the sale was approved and we could expect a formal letter from B of A in 3 to 5 days!  YEAH!  The Buyer got his inspections and appraisal and is ready to fund … (4 comments)

We received the lender's written approval for a short sale on an offer that we wrote on Sunday!  I'm shocked; the buyers are on cloud nine!
