i had a listing appointment today where the client told me she only called me because my broker was a nation wide company (Century21). She had interviewed only local companys with the exception of me! I was very impressed that she had the forethought to think of that. She had obviously put alot of thought into it. I already know those C21 advantages but alot of clients never bother to think of it. The out of town referals, national advertising, websites, and all ad up to make the pool of potential buyers alot stronger.....plus she gets the local market knowledge she was looking for because i'm a homtown boy.
