Questions Every Seller Should Ask Realtors They Are Interviewing When you are selling or buying a home it is critical to know the credentials of the Realtor you hire. This is one of the biggest emotional and financial decisions of your life, so make sure you hire the best agent you can to assist you. One of the ways to do that is to know what questions you need to ask. Most people think that all agents are the same, which is far from the truth. Real Estate news Katy, west Houston Texas: Life is good pumpkin festival - 11/24/07 07:27 PM
We all do good deeds, and hopefully provide great service to our clients who need to buy or sell a home too. For me most of my business is helping families buy and sell a home in the Katy, Sugar Land, and west side of Houston areas. When you take the time away from your real estate business, not to mention your family, and time off to volunteer don't forget to take advantage of letting the rest of the world know. Free press is great for your business, it lets everyone know you do more than sell homes, keeps your name in (0 comments)

When you need to buy or sell a home in Katy, or the greater Houston Texas area, and use Liz Carter & Team Realty, we always go out of our way to remember to say "Thank You". So often this small simple thing is often overlooked these days. I have made it a point to go the opposite way, and not only send a thank you note, and a call all of our clients andcustomers, but also remember to thank the other key people whohelped to make the transaction close, (making someones dream of owing their home come true, and getting the sellers home (2 comments)
