I've been in this business a very long time. During that time, I've had the opportunity to network with hundreds of real estate agents around the country, and one universal truth I've found to be true is that you can't be successful as a real estate agent unless you truly love the place you work and live. A whole lot of renewed admiration for our fellow Realtors, and stronger than nine day old garlic competitors in the makeover2takeover, group! When Josh sent in our Pre Listing Package I felt really good, it had a couple of flashes of brilliance. Then I started reading the other entries and my heart sank. My fist thought was, "These agents are great and have turned in some high quality work", I was totally impressed. Do you send out a Pre Listing Package to your listing appointments?
Week two challenge was issued by our fearless leader Rich Jacobson to the 15 remaining teams, and it was due today, Sunday June 1, 2008 by 3:00 PST. The second challenge was to put together a digital, creative, informative, cutting edge Pre Listing Package. There was a little twist also, instead of just one team being eliminated; tomorrow two teams will be eliminated, so we will be down to 12 teams left in the contest.
