I had never heard of this either, my client care coordinator e-mailed it to me. I have been having some health struggles in my life lately, and it was very sweet of her. I am very blessed to have a great team to work with at my company, Liz Carter & Team Realty, in Katy Texas. We are very different than the traditional Real Estate company in that it is just us, so we are very small and depend on each other for a lot more than just our Real Estate job. sugar land: The Realities of Real Estate for 2008 in the US, part 3, by Liz Carter, Realtor Katy Texas - 02/01/08 03:28 PM
This is part 3 in the series of Realities of Real Estate for 2008. The points are from my coach Mike Ferry and I have elaborated on each 2 points per post. We as Realtors can learn a lot from this market, after years of real estate prices soaring to all time highs, and everyone getting a real estate licence we are now in a more "normalized" market. Prices could not continue to increase, Real Estate is a cyclical business just like the stock market and it has to adjust itself. This is called "normal", what goes up, must come down, and

The is part 2 in a series I'm doing based on my recent attendance of Mike Ferry's One-on-One Real Estate Seminar held in San Diego, CA. Liz Carter & Team Realty has averaged selling 200 homes a year for the last 16 years in the greater Houston, Katy and Sugar Land Texas area. Liz Carter, Realtor serving Katy, Sugar Land and the greater Houston area since 1976 AM I CRAZY? It is filled with rejection, getting blamed for everything that might go wrong (whether it's your fault or not), long unpredictable hours, hurt feelings, rejection and can be a physically dangerous business. sugar land: Homes for sale Katy; selling or buying a home in Katy, questions you need to know the anwers to! - 11/25/07 09:52 PM
Questions Every Seller Should Ask Realtors They Are Interviewing When you are selling or buying a home it is critical to know the credentials of the Realtor you hire. This is one of the biggest emotional and financial decisions of your life, so make sure you hire the best agent you can to assist you. One of the ways to do that is to know what questions you need to ask. Most people think that all agents are the same, which is far from the truth. The average agent only sells 2-3 homes a year...sad but true, so take the time to find out

sugar land: Houston, Katy, Sugar Land Texas...most affordable markets to buy a home in the US - 04/11/07 11:19 PM
Having been a Realtor in the greater Houston Texas area since 1976, I am still amazed at how affordable it is to live in our area of the US. We offer homes for sale that in most parts of the country seem unbelievable, and I am always ask why? Part of the reason is the amount of land that we have to build on and develop, the cost of labor, and economic factors are the three top reasons. The average cost of a home is only around $200,000 and that buys you a very nice home in great school districts, and

I was recently asked to respond to a survey by the Houston Business Journal on how technology had changed my Real Estate career over the past couple of years? It was a great question, however since I have been selling Real Estate in the greater Houston, Katy & Sugar Land Texas area since 1976, thought it would be more interesting to go a little bit back futher.
