This month, the numbers skyrocketed in the mid-range and over $1 million dollar price range. The homes sold in Laguna Niguel under $500,000 decreased only a little bit from last month, from 25 in March to 24 in April. Here are the statistics: Homes sold $0-$499,999 24 Homes sold $500,000-$999,999 23 Homes sold $1 million and above 9 Total homes sold in Laguna Niguel During the Month of April 56
