So I was feeling a little sluggish today and decided to take some energy pills but it’s now 2:22 am and what I am doing, yes blogging. I can’t sleep, I am on like my there glass of vodka and still I can’t sleep. That was supposed to wipe me out for sure, but it didn’t. And you know what the messed up part, I am going to totally crash tomorrow and I have a lot of stuff to do. Guess I will be repeating this behavior again … (10 comments)

Well what to do with dead loans hhhmmm. Let see it depends on the reasons why they are dead. Are they dead because you killed it, are they dead because of credit, are they dead because your client is not cooperating. Well as usual I am going to keep this short and sweet. So as you all know my mom purchased a home four house from mine in VA to be closer to her granddaughter. Wel as with any new home owner she wanted to put her touches on it by getting few things done. So since my dad already moved down to pave the way, he set out to get the house painted. In our little cul-de-sac for some reason there a lot of self employed little business owners, one of wish is a painter. When I was younger time seams to go so slowly now that I am older it won't stop rolling away, but I can't wait for October to go away. I don’t know but something is wrong here. Well I have a beautiful daughter but only thru the help of modern science and god of course. She is two now and I would love to have another child but now that I am out of the Navy with little or no health care it would be super expensive to make another visit … (1 comments)

Although many people with no credit score home shopping are usually new immigrants and people coming straight out of college, there are still a lot of people who just do not have a score. The reason range from people who never wanted credit out of fear of owing some else for anything or some one who have had credit in the past but for what ever reason have paid off their accounts or not but because it has been so long ago they fell off the credit radar.

OK I quess mommy is finnally understanding that this guy can't sell her home. What's even worst she is already getting the itch to sell, sell, sell. It going to be another 2 1/2 weeks before this guys contract is up and now that she will be shopping for a new lisiting agent I hope she had learned her lesson and become more savvy. Its very rare to see people standing by thier word when there is no instant gratification. I noticed a very important thing today. I guess you really would not know it unless you’re doing it. Many people have done it for years with out our direct knowledge. I am talking about content. Whether it the fox news or CNN everyone needs to find and talk about something to interest consumers and viewer in recognizing and keeping interest in them. So I figure all I need to do is master this and I will be well on my way to being a champ In this business. Any Idea in this would be helpful.

Well further in the week the realtor called. For all future entries lets call him bob. So Bob called me not my mom me. he wanted to again informed me that home prices have decreased by 6%, so I responded that according to CNN it was 2% and futher more we add the house appraised this year for 720K but it was your idea to put it on the market for 745k. He responded that when people try to refinance they usally get hogher value on appraisal. I told him incases of bad appraisers and loaon officer this might be true … (1 comments)

This is a touchy subject for me because if you do not know what you are doing it can be very detrimental. In our business as Loan Originator and Realtors I am told that and have found out that referral is the way to go. There are countless of inscrutable business out there that takes advantage of the new and the unknowledgeable. You need to do your research and take control of your marketing. So if you have been following I am talking about my Mom’s house again. So the realtor took a family and their dog over to view the house this weekend and the mother ask him how much she need to put down to qualify for this house. He asked her what’s her credit score and she said it’s in the 800 and he told her she would need to put down around 10% to qualify.
Does anyone else find this weird?
