Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties have been referred to as "ground zero" in California's foreclosure crisis. The agents that work in Modesto, Stockton, and surrounding areas are being tested like never before. I can hear it in their voices when they call to check on the status of a listing.
So I thought I'd share a good story. A local non-profit in our area puts together a Halloween party called Shadowfest. Proceeds go to benefit underprivileged children of local elementary schools.
As the night went on, more and more real estate pros started showing up. … (0 comments)
