Casita Cash is a referral network run by independent agents. All agents referred to you by Casita Cash are independent Agents/Brokers commited to offering First Class Buyer Services. We are not a discount brokerage offering partial/below par services.

There is NO FEE to you if you request an agent in our network. Casita Cash is not liable for service performed by referred agents/brokers. However, we do our best to screen agents. Valid License, Experience, and other Credentials are taken into consideration before agents are accepted into our referral network. All agents must be a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors  and abide by a strict Code of Ethics.

Buyer Rebates  are indeed becoming more common practice in today's market.  However, not all states allow rebates.  (Check to see if your state participates).  A "Buyer Rebate" is when a portion of the buyers agent's commission is rebated back after you have successfully closed escrow.  Casita Cash has a large network of Agents that Rebate their commission!
Casita Cash Agents are Licensed Realtors and offer full real estate services to you. Their commission comes from the home seller/builder, no expense to you! So why not take advantage of having a Licensed Realtor represent you in your next home purchase?

1.)  HOW EXACTLY DOES THIS WORK?  (example using 6% commission, commission structures vary)

2.) ARE BUYER REBATES LEGAL?

Yes, but not in all states. Please Visit the United States Department of Justice for consumer information on these Rebates: http://www.usdoj.gov/atr/public/real_estate/rebates_details.htm

3.) HOW DO I KNOW I WILL GET MY REBATE?

The lender you have chosen may have stipulations if you are using your rebate for a downpayment.  Let your lender know you are expecting a rebate from your Realtor.  Once that is settled, your referred Agent is required to offer your rebate in writing.  In return, you may be required to sign an agreement stating that you are only working with our referred agent for your home purchase.

4.) WHAT IF I VISITED A HOME BUILDER WITH OUT MY REFERRED AGENT?

Your rebate may be void.  Each home builder is different.  Speak with your referred agent on your situation.

5.) WHAT ARE THE TAX IMPLICATIONS ON THE REBATE I RECEIVE?

Rebates aren't usually considered income. However, there have been instances. Casita Cash recommends that you consult with a tax advisor regarding this matter.

6.) WILL I BE BOMBARDED WITH AGENT EMAILS & PHONE CALLS LIKE THAT ONE LENDING SITE?

No! We will select 1 agent with the best geographical location and the best qualifications for your the criteria you enter into the contact form. You also have the choice of either phone or email contact. The agent will then call or email you. If after the initial contact, you don't feel that agent is right for you, you will have the option to request another agent. You are in control.
