Who says the market is slow in Florida?  The game of bank owned is really something. It is not for the low ball ers.  My past clients have missed many great deals by not bidding high enough.The "buyer's market" make some think they can bid low and be accepted.  Guess what? They are not talking about Bank Owned Property.  Most banks are smart enough to price it right!   I find that you get the really good ones at 5-10% over asking price. This can still be 20% under appraisal!!  Any one agree?    I am working hard to help soak up some of this financial mess we are in..smart investors and first time home buyers have a great opportunity.
