Back when Facebook was in its infancy it was cool because it was exclusive.  You had to be part of the Harvard University network...students and alumni.  It wasn't an easy club to join.  For almost everyone it would be impossible in those days.
Google+ is playing the exclusivity card right now and is cool because you need an invitation to join.  There are many social networks on the web that play that exclusive card to the limit. The stats mentioned in this article are incredible.  How many oysters do you think you can eat in 10 minutes...a couple of hundred?  I guess you won't have time for the sauces and horseradish application in that race against time.
My plan is to develop the Super Bowl for real estate.  They apparently have the Super Bowl for hot dog eating.
So how would the Masters or the Super Bowl for real estate look?  Would it be more like the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest or the Grammys or Oscars?

OK....so is isn't an AR blog or even one written in this country. But sometimes before you render an opinion on a restaurant, a hotel, an airline or even a retailer or manufacturer perhaps you need to think twice...are you being too critical or do they really deserve a bad review.  I was just at a restaurant Friday evening and the service was just plain strange/ awful.  I wouldn't write a bad review for this new restaurant (even if I am that type of person who writes reviews) because it is the July Fourth Weekend and I'll bet they had a … (5 comments)
