Just about an hour ago there were police dogs sniffing thorugh the attic and crawlspace of one of my listings looking for an intruder.   A good neighbor who heard a noise and decided to investigate and make a call to the Realtor on the sign.  What initially appeared to be a door left unlocked, turned into a manhunt and a foiled robbery attempt.

As the good neighbor walked through the bottom floor of the house describing, to me on the phone, the condition of the home, he noticed the stove was tipped over.  I asked him to hang up and call 911.  I then called my seller, who built the beautiful new home as an investment to sell.  The neighbor had the good sense to get my phone number off the for sale sign in the front yard.  He could have just gone to bed and forgot about it.    

What a difference this good neighbor has made!
