Columbia is in the top 25 cities in the nation showing a slight increase in sales.  We live in an area that has so much to offer.  We have award-winning schools, the beautiful Lake Murray with 500 miles of shoreline, we're 2 hours from the mountains, a little over 2 hours from the beach, we have the University of South Carolina, college sports, performing arts, and prayer and mission driven churches. 

There are First Time Home Buyers and people that are relocating.  There are growing families that are smart enough to take advantage of inventory and low interest rates.  For those afraid of putting their homes on the market, I point out that if they are willing to take a little less on the sale of their home, they will also be able to take advantage of buying for less also.  At the same time, they are taking advantage of the lower interest rates.
