Are you kidding me?  As a GREEN and EcoBroker I say - No.  Think about it, it means a lot of electricity, heat,  water, and other resources to recycle.  So that begs the question, what to do with the grocery bags, especially those contaminated with meat or dairy?  I live in San Antonio, Texas, a relatively green city. I've often wondered about landowner disclosure and liability for snakes or other natural hazards.  Living in Texas, Lord knows we've got plenty of snakes!
 
My brother is an attorney so we like to engage in real estate & business law cases like the infamous McDonald's Coffee Law Suit when Ms. Liebeck received 3rd degree burns from a serious coffee temperature problem.  Recently we were discussing the liability of snakes.  I found an article regarding landowner liability for natural occurrences such as wasps, snakes, Lyme disease, etc, in Tierra Grande, a magazine issued by the Texas Real Estate Center.
