C. L. Design Services Professional Home Staging assisted a lovely couple prepare their home in Concord the past two weeks.  They are moving to Maryland to live near their grandchildren.  This move is bittersweet after 40 years in their home and neighborhood, but health problems and aging make the decision a necessity.
We assisted with paint color selection, clutter and storing various pieces, plus numerous recommendations to enhance the features of this property.  Our budget did not include renting furniture. Imagine living across the street from a park that is too dangerous to play in....living in a 3 bedroom apartment with 9 other people......having no shoes, schools supplies or school books. 
This is the situation in the Northgate Neighborhood in Sacramento, California where 550 youth live on one block near Niño's Park .  Generations of Poverty, Addiction, Oppression and Crime have left families feeling hopeless and forgotten.
