Okay, I'm asking for help from the ActiveRain community!  Maybe we can help each other too!!  What are some VERY grassroots marketing techniques that have been working in this economy?  A builder that I represent wants something that agents can do to genterate more traffic and costs next to nothing.  The agents are already doing all the traditional stuff but I need more 'out of the box' ideas. 

Here's some background!  Starter home communities priced from the $120's and $150's, most locations are 'off the beaten path'.  I am working very hard on social media which takes time to build on but they want instant results.  Any ideas?!
