Thanking past clients for referrals

I have come to realize that showing a little appreciation to past clients for current referrals goes a long ways. A gift certificate to a nice restaurant for your past client sending you a buyer or seller is minor to all the business that you can receive. This will not only insure future referrals but will also insure repeat business. A little kindness goes a long ways!!
