It's all in the "Giving"
Times are tough right now, we cant deny that. We all have bills to pay, children to feed, the list goes on & on. Business seems to be at a "stand still" right? So what do we do?
Why not extend a hand to our neighbors & communities. Listen folks...It's times like this...right here right now, that inspire us to rise to the occasion. When we give of ourselves & talents, something GREAT begins to happen to us on a deeper level.

Home Staging is about thinking outside the box...I'm sure you avid HGTV lovers have seen this project possibly. It's really pretty simple. I decided on an abstract nude, but you can use just about anything you want. I also did a Large vase, that turned out pretty WOW. I will try to do some photo cropping to share this also. Take a look....
First of all you decide on the art. I found this online & printed a copy. I then went to a print shop, and they made a projection film for me.

Lets face it , where would we be without art & accessories. In Home Staging, having the right pieces to create a cohesive space is essential. A space without accessories & art , is like a cake without icing. Unfortunately it can get pretty pricey.
This gives us an opportunity to get creative. We begin thinking " outside the box". We usually are blown away by the creations we come up with, when we take that step of faith. Thats a BEAUTIFUL thing. In addition we save money..gotta LOVE that...

Over the past few years has become quite the phenomenon. Networks like HGTV, has introduced some great shows such as "Designed To Sell", which educates the homeowner on the Do's & Dont's of selling their home.
Another informative show was "Remix Design". This is where a designer would come in select items the owners had & repurposed them. The result..A vibrant transformed space. These shows share their trademark secrets in how to market your home, and get top dollar. In addition show the average homeowner how to get a designer look in their own home, without breaking the bank.
