In the mortgage world we have lost a ton of programs that we used to qualify borrowers.  One of the reasons, in my opinion, is that we as credit providers have failed to educate or borrowers or potential borrowers on how to mange their debt.  These people now, more than ever need to know how to maximize their credit scores because in order for them to qualify for similar loan products they need much higher scores than at first.  At East Coast Mortgage Group, we are able to work with people to get the most out of their credit score.  We are able to evaluate and analize the current credit situation. Once we have the evaluation complete we are able to analize the report and make suggestions to the borrower for potential score improvements.  Challanges welcomed!!
