For those of you who will be doing open house this weekend in your respective areas, here is a funny little story of an open house I did about 6 years ago and has a lesson with it.
The seller's knew I would be at their property a little before 1 pm to set things up. I arrived at their townhouse and saw one of their cars out front (not unusual as to the lack of parking).
