It’s hard to believe that we are finished with the first decade of the new millennium, isn’t it? So much has happened, from the Y2K scare to 9/11 to the historical Presidential election this past year.
For me personally, it has meant becoming a father to 2 wonderful boys, seeing the passing of family members, getting my real estate license, moving into a new home, and much more. So here are the numbers for Toledo, OH for the first quarter of 2009. I'm also including stats from the first quarter of 2008 for comparison. The charts include all homes with a Toledo mailing address, so they will include homes that are in multiple school districts (Toledo, Washington Local, Sylvania, etc.). What you will be able to see and compare are the number of homes that were listed and sold, the average and median prices, and average time on market.
