Yes, I love to walk into my office and visit our sales board to see the newest entry of a home sale.  Home owners have valid reasons to sell their home other than beating a foreclosure of their home.  Some owners are ready to move into a larger home or a smaller home.  Home buyers can get mortgages with very reasonable rates.  Now is not the time to sit back and see what will happen, as a Realtor we must work harder now to get a home sold.  There are quite a few  homes on the market, at various price ranges, so I truly work to market my listings so that they do stand out in a crowded market.   I also make it a point that I am always dressed for work, wear my name tag, smile and always share a positive view of each day.  Our downtown are in Lombard is beginning to look great we just installed beautiful new street lights down Main Street.  The construction of our new swimming pool is slowing moving along.  Life is good in Lombard, IL 60148.
