Yes, I love to walk into my office and visit our sales board to see the newest entry of a home sale. Home owners have valid reasons to sell their home other than beating a foreclosure of their home. Some owners are ready to move into a larger home or a smaller home. Home buyers can get mortgages with very reasonable rates. Now is not the time to sit back and see what will happen, as a Realtor we must work harder now to get a home sold.
