Imagine my surprise when I get a feedback email this past Saturday on one of my Short Sale listings. I was floored when I read about how the agent went to the wrong door, through 2 feet of snow, only to realize the lockbox was on the side door as stated in our showing instructions. There was a complete rant by this agent who was looking at the home for himself about the condition, the stuff left behind etc. Did I forget to mention that he showed this listing on Friday, at the end of the email he states he … (2 comments)
