Here's the latest news on Traverse City Michigan foreclosures: The foreclosure sales stats are always interesting! According to data obtained from the Traverse Area Association of Realtors MLS, the number of foreclosures decreased by 36% so far in 2011. Here are the facts. Total Single Family sold units for the first 2 months of 2010 was 116 units, 50 of which were either bank owned or foreclosed. Total Single Family sold units for 2011 is 117 units with only 32 reported as bank owned or foreclosed. The 18 unit differential represents a 36% drop in foreclosures sold. This is great news!
